§ Mr. StanleyIf my right hon. Friend the Home Secretary, who is responsible for the standards to which local authorities train civil defence volunteers, and are grant-aided accordingly, requests it, we will of course examine whether Ministry of Defence equipment and facilities can be made available and on what terms. But I am not aware that my right hon. Friend has any plans to do so.
