asked the Secretary of State for Employment (1) if he will make it his practice to seek from coroners and sheriffs their report into each fatal accident on the youth opportunities programme and the youth training scheme;

(2) if he will list the date, and cause of death, of each fatal accident on the youth opportunities programme and the youth training scheme from their inception to the present time.
