§ 23. Mr. Neil Hamiltonasked the Secretary of State for Energy when he expects to discuss the proposed draft directives on lead in petrol and vehicle emissions with his colleagues at the Council of Energy Ministers.
§ Mr. Buchanan-SmithThe two draft directives were considered by Environmental Ministers at the European Council on 28 June. At present there are no plans for discussion by Energy Ministers.
