§ Mr. Tony Banksasked the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State answering in respect of the Arts if he has now decided, in the event of the abolition of the Greater London council, who will be responsible for Thamesday, South Bank Weekend, the London Marathon, the Greater London Horse Show and the Easter Parade in Battersea Park.
