HC Deb 23 July 1984 vol 64 c482W
Mr. Knox

asked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he will list in the Official Report the changes in output per head in (a) industry as a whole and (b) manufacturing industry in the United Kingdom and other members of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development over the past 10 years, from information available from international sources.

Mr. Channon

The following table shows what information is available for the OECD in total and its seven major member countries, including the United Kingdom. Disproportionate cost would have been involved in providing figures for the other member countries.
