§ Mr. FowlerOn 5 July I placed in the Library details of my Department's system of divisional management accounts which has been developed as part of our response to the financial management initiative.
A more general account of the progress made by my Department in improving its financial management will be available in the forthcoming White Paper on financial management in Government Departments.
Details of Departmental efficiency reviews and the action plans which were set in Ministers' annual accountability reviews of Regional Health Authorities' plans and performance have also been placed in the Library.
