§ Mr. MacGregorThe Commission's latest estimate of expenditure this year in the cereals sector, as stated in its recent proposal for a 1984 supplementary and amending budget, is 1,935 million ecu or some 1,140 million. This is a marked reduction on the existing provision in the Community budget of 2,590 million ecu — £1,520 million.
