§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs (1) if, without detailing their content, he will indicate the steps Her Majesty's Government have so far taken to restore mutual confidence in relations with the Argentine;
(2) if he will detail the occasions of Her Majesty's Government's expression of readiness to enter into official talks on normalisation of relations with Argentina since the Prime Minister's message to President Alfonsin on 10 December 1983;
(3) if he will make a statement on the nature of contacts he has established, through which protecting powers, with the Argentine Government.
