§ Mr. David Youngasked the Secretary of State for the Environment, for each water authority and for each of the last five years, what was the number of occasions on which (a) drought orders have been applied for, (b) restrictions on the use of water have been applied on the grounds of shortage of supplies and (c) interruptions in the supply of water direct to properties have been applied on the grounds of shortage of supplies; and if, in the case of (b) and (c), he will indicate the appropriate number of consumers affected in each authority in each year.
