Member for Liverpool, West Derby (Mr. Wareing) on 7 June, at column274, any applications for review which are received will be dealt with according to the relevant legislation and the case law established by decisions of the social security commissioners. It would not be possible without disproportionate expense for the Department to identify other cases which might be affected, because separate records have not been kept of refusals of single payments.
