§ Mr. HurdThe Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis tells me that demonstrations have not been allowed outside South Africa house since 26 May 1984; and that the decision has been taken in pursuance of articles 22 and 29 of the Vienna convention, to which the Diplomatic Privileges Act 1964 gives effect.
