§ Mr. Campbell-Savoursasked the Attorney-General if the Lord Chancellor will dismiss the coroner who was responsible for taking a decision not to hold an inquest into the death of Mr. Robin Walsh because he failed to exercise his duties under section 3(1) of the Coroners Act 1887 in respect of persons who have died in prison.

So far as can be established, none of Her Majesty's coroners was at any time aware that the body of Mr. Walsh was within his jurisdiction. No action by my right hon. and noble Friend is called for.
