§ Mr. Frank Cookasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what representations he has made to the South African Government in relation to their involvement in the murder by parcel bomb of Jeanette Schoon and her six-year-old daughter, Katryn, in Lubango, Angola.
§ Mr. LuceMrs. Schoon was an Irish citizen and the question of representations does not therefore arise. Moreover the responsibility for this sad event has not been established. However, our condemnation of violence in Southern Africa, from whatever quarter, is well known.
