§ Mr. Fisherasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what is the estimated cost to the Treasury of the Inland Revenue extra-statutory concession on expenses, allowances and benefits in kind which satisfy section 189 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1970 in both of the last two years.
