§ Mr. Allan StewartUnder existing arrangements for attracting inward investment, Locate in Scotland combines the resources of the Scottish Office and the Scottish Development Agency, and co-ordinates the activities of new towns and local authorities in a united effort for Scotland. Although no formal representations about these arrangements have been addressed to my right hon. Friend other than points made in Parliament, Locate in Scotland has received widespread recognition of its success, which will be taken into account in the review of United Kingdom inward investment promotion which is currently taking place.
