§ Mr. MacfarlaneThe Disabled Living Foundation, in conjunction with the Sports Council, has recently published, "Sports and Recreation Provision for Disabled People", which is aimed at designers and architects involved in improving access for the disabled to sports facilities, including swimming pools.
