§ Sir Keith JosephThe MSC has been consulting relevant organisations about the implementation of the decisions relating to non-advanced further education set out in the White Paper "Training for Jobs" (Cmnd. 9135) and in particular has been seeking discussions with the local authority associations. I expect the commission to be reporting shortly to the Government on the discharge of its new responsibilities.
