§ Mr. RidleyI am issuing today a consultation document setting out some of the key questions that will need to be considered in the review and on which we would particularly welcome comments. I am placing copies of the document in the Library of the House. I now intend to consult the industry, local authorities, environment groups and other interested organisations before reaching conclusions about the future of Scottish Lowlands airports policy. Comments have been invited on the document by Friday 21 September and I hope that it will be possible to complete the review during the autumn.
