Mr. Willie W.Hamiltonasked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) whether, pursuant to the reply given 83W to the hon. Member for Fife, Central on 2 July, Official Report, column 74, on National Health Service dentists' earnings, he will make available all the information pertaining to gross earnings above £100,000 a year, indicating what were the highest individual gross earnings;
(2) what was the highest figure of gross annual earnings paid to a dentist within the National Health Service in each of the last three years.
