§ Mr. Litherlandasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if an investigation has taken place regarding the circumstances surrounding an accident to a constituent, Mr. Martin Foy at Calderstones hospital, as requested in a letter sent by the hon. Member for Manchester, Central dated 25 February; and if he will make a statement about why it has taken so long to reply to the letter.
