§ The Solicitor-General for ScotlandThe only publication produced by or for the departments for which the Lord Advocate is responsible is an annotated version678W of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975. This was first published in 1976 and was amended in 1981 and 1982 and is in the process of further amendment. The last amendment was published at a cost of £47 and the Crown Agent is responsible for editorial policy.
