§ Mr. Foulkesasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he has any plans to introduce legislation to amend the rules on the service of indictments in criminal cases as set out in the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975 as amended by the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 1980.
