asked the Secretary of State for Wales when he expects to publish the consultation document on local choice in public transport which he has promised.

The consultation paper has been published today. Copies are being sent to all right hon. and hon. Members representing Welsh constituencies, local authorities in Wales and other interested organisations. Further copies are available in the Library of the House.
