§ Mr. GummerI am advised by the Health and Safety Executive that it is continuing to take an active interest in the performance of numerous ladder safety devices, including the Limpit system, and any possible need for restrictions in their use with the aim of reviewing its policy on ladder safety. A guidance note on the subject of ladder safety is due for publication by the executive in the next month.
