§ Dr. BoysonNo consultations have taken place between DHSS and the London borough of Lambeth about the use of computer programmes for the administration of the housing benefits scheme. The Department did, however, write to all local authorities in October 1982, drawing attention to the availability of computer packages in order to assist with their preparatory arrangements for the scheme.
