§ Mr. Traceyasked the Secretary of State for Transport if he has any plans for the future use of the surplus trunk road land outside the Greenham common air base main gate now that the junction improvement scheme has been completed.
§ Mr. RidleyThe land is not required for highway purposes in the foreseeable future. I am therefore considering an approach from the Ministry of Defence to acquire it to provide additional facilities in the main gate administrative area.
