§ The Prime MinisterYes. Following discussions through the usual channels, right hon. and hon. Members who have tabled oral questions asking me to list my engagements for the day, and whose questions are not reached, will with effect from 16 July 1984 not receive a written reply unless they specifically ask that one should be made available.
