§ Mr. RidleyI have asked Mr. Keith Brown to take on a special responsibility for the interests of disabled people on the board of London Regional Transport. By profession he is an investment analyst. Mr. Brown has taken a special interest in disabled people and their needs, particularly in his role as a local councillor formerly in a London borough and now in Essex. He will be meeting various groups over the coming months to listen to their views and to ensure that these views are known to the board of London Regional Transport.
