§ Mr. John PattenThe Department's divisional management account system is used by Ministers and senior officials to review, direct and monitor the work of the Department, its objectives and its use of resources, including manpower.
There are 54 separate divisional accounts, each of which includes basic data covering the division's organisation, staffing, responsibilities and use of resources. I have today placed in the Library of the House a volume giving this information.
