§ Mr. Meacherasked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) how many families in receipt of family income supplement will receive a delayed uprating between the months of December 1984 and October 1985 because of the ruling which delays the automatic uprating until a new claim is made;
(2) how many families since 1979 have been in receipt of family income supplement for longer than one year; and for what length of time they have claimed.
