§ Mr. Peter MorrisonThe Government believe that a scheme of loans for adult trainees could well be a way of opening up further opportunities for individuals who want to invest in their own training. It was for this reason that we announced in the White Paper "Training for Jobs" that we would examine the possibility of establishing such a scheme. We are currently looking closely at possible ways ahead.
