[pursuant to his reply, 2 July 1984, c. 17–18]: The litigation of disputes over patents, and in particular the expense of such litigation, is raised in the Green Paper "Intellectual Property Rights and Innovation" (Cmnd. 9117) and is being examined in our consideration of the Green Paper's recommendations.
