asked the Secretary of State for Defence why his Department's leaflets, No. 13, "Defence and Arms Control", and No. 14, "Cruise Missiles", dated March 1984, were not sent out until mid-June.

The texts of defence and disarmament issues leaflets 13 — "Britain's Deterrent and Arms Control" — and 14 — "Cruise Missiles" which are produced jointly by the Ministry of Defence and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, were finalised in March of this year and were brought into use by the Department as soon as they were received, along with other leaflets in the same series, in late May.
