§ Mr. William Rossasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland (1) how many Housing Executive dwellings have been sold to tenants in each of the following district council areas: (a) Coleraine, (b) Magherafelt and (c) Limavady in total and for each year since sales of council dwellings began; in each area and year how many dwellings were rural cottages; and how many rural cottages are still owned by the Housing Executive in each council district to the latest available date;
(2) how many unfit dwellings he estimates there are in each council area in Northern Ireland; of these, how many are rural dwellings in each case; and what is the percentage of (a) urban and (b) rural unfit dwellings in each council area.
