asked the Secretary of State for Employment what plans he has to change the travel-to-work areas for Wales; what consultations he has had with local authorities; if he has had consultations with Alyn and Deeside council concerning the change in the existing boundary; and if he will reconsider his proposals to link Deeside with parts of Cheshire.

Where a multi-sector project has agriculture as the major sector all expenditure on the project is recorded as in the agriculture sector. Expenditure on such multi-sector projects cannot be separately identified in the table.

The figures do not include the costs of financing personnel from the aid programme. In 1979, 2,407 students, trainees, experts and volunteers in the renewable natural resources field of assignment or study were financed. These were 9.2 per cent. of the total numbers financed. The corresponding figures for 1980 and 1983 were 2,229 and 2,344 respectively, representing 9.6 per cent. and 13 per cent. of the total numbers financed in each year.
