§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeHealth authorities were advised in HRC(74)16 that they should not provide such equipment to patients in private nursing homes, as the treatment provided by the nursing home would normally include provision of any necessary equipment. The cost would be covered by the fees paid to the nursing home by or on behalf of the patients.
