§ Mr. Skeetasked the Secretary of State for Energy if the changes in the arrangements for granting onshore oil and gas licences will requite legislation or simply administrative action.
§ Mr. Buchanan-SmithI expect to be able to announce soon the outcome of the onshore licensing review and I will indicate at that stage what action may follow.
