§ Mrs. FennerThe situation in Great Britain is being monitored very carefully by the Forestry Commission in collaboration with other bodies, including the Institute of Terrestrial Ecology and the Department of Trade and Industry's Warren Spring laboratory. There is no evidence at present of any damage caused by acid rain to forests in the counties mentioned, or, indeed, anywhere else in Great Britain.
