§ Mr. Buchanan-SmithThe energy efficiency industries are spread over a number of sectors and it is not possible at this stage to give reliable estimates of their turnover. The energy efficiency office is examining ways in which the energy efficiency industries might promote their goods and services more effectively and has already put in hand a number of studies which may enable more reliable estimates of the industries' turnover and potential to be made.
