§ Mr. Stephen Rossasked the Under-Secretary of State answering in respect of the Arts if, when drawing up proposals for funding the arts following the abolition of the Greater London council and the metropolitan councils, the Minister for the Arts will make continued provision for payments by successor authorities to provincial orchestras visiting those cities.
