§ Mr. Rookerasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will publish in the Official Report the net real income, at 1979 prices, of a single person, a married couple, and a married couple with two children assuming for each year since 1979 earnings at (a) the lowest decile, (b) the median, and (c) the highest decile of the male earnings distribution as recorded in the new earnings survey for April each year.
