§ Mr. StanleyThe film "Firefight" is a reconstruction of an operation carried out by the Royal Marines during the Falkland Islands conflict in 1982. Its purpose is to display to the public the capabilities and skills of the Royal Marines. The production cost was about £50,000. The responsibility for distributing the film to cinemas is a matter for a commercial company and public expenditure is not involved in the distribution.
