§ Mr. Macfarlane200 bodies were invited to comment on the draft circular on the use of conditions in planning permissions, including the local authority associations, professional institutions and a wide range of organisations which have an interest in the development of land. I am sending my hon. Friend a list. A number of other bodies have since asked for and been supplied with copies of the draft circular.
