§ The Lord Chancellor (Lord Hailsham of Saint Marylebone)I have received the report of a Scrutiny, conducted by the Cabinet Office Efficiency Unit, into the arrangements governing the investment of privately-owned funds by the various courts and offices under my control. I am consulting those primarily concerned about the recommendations. A copy of the report has been placed in the Library.
