§ Mr. Wyn RobertsThe starting point for next year's distribution of resources to health authorities will be their allocations in the current year, uplifted for pay and price rises. My right hon. Friend will shortly be consulting health authority chairmen and, in the light of their views, will make and announce his decisions.
