§ Mr. Alexander FletcherI have not yet received the inspectors' report into Corporate Management Planning Ltd., but police inquiries are in hand following information supplied by the inspectors under section 41 of the Companies Act 1967 which was passed to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
A decision on publication can be made only when the inspectors' report has been received and considered.
