§ Mr. Peter Walker[pursuant to his reply, 9 December 1983, c. 276]: I am delighted to be able to announce that Dr. Myles Bowen is to be the exploration director of Enterprise Oil. The company's chairman and chief executive believe that, after his distinguished career with Shell spanning almost 30 years, Dr. Bowen brings to Enterprise an outstanding expertise in oil exploration throughout the world, particularly in the North Sea. He will take up his full-time appointment by 1 March.
