§ Mrs. ChalkerThe present driving test report form is designed for examiners' use only, and is not readily comprehensible by others. The information is summarised for candidates on the statement of failure (DL 24). If exceptionally a candidate needs to know more, he or his instructor can write to the Department's supervising examiner at the traffic area office. But my Department is reviewing the system and considering whether changes need to be made.
