§ Mr. LuceMy right hon. and learned Friend met his NATO colleagues on 16 January before the opening session of the conference on confidence and security building measures and disarmament in Europe. They will all meet again at the spring Ministerial meeting of the North Atlantic Council in Washington at the end of May. My right hon. and learned Friend will be meeting individual colleagues from NATO countries on other occasions before that.
