§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsAs I announced on 20 December last year, the way is clear for applications to be considered from those parts of mid Wales covered by the scheme of aid announced on 28 June 1982. My officials have since visited the area to advise authorities on arrangements for the submission of applications during 1984.
